How to add Tax with product price in Magento 2.3
1) First step go: Store>Tax Zone & Rate
2) Add new tax rate
3) Fill the following boxes, Tax percent and save
4) Now again select : Store>Tax Rule
5) Add new tax rule
6) Fill the nesessary boxes
7) Now select additional setting
8) Add a new Tax Class and Save
10) After that now add a product from catalog, catalog>product>add product
11) Fill Product details with add tax class like below
12) Finally Tax added with product when you select >Add to cart
